Most of our items are ready to ship and leave our hands within 48 hours.

Occasionally, an item is backordered. That means it may take as long as 2 weeks to be produced before being sent to you. Any items that are on backorder are clearly labeled as such.

Shipping times are, unfortunately, out of our control. We ship via UPS and provide tracking and insurance on all packages. Most packages arrive in approximately 3 business days after leaving our facility. If we had to ship your package via the United States Postal Service (as we do for PO Box addresses), then it might take longer to reach you.

Please include your order number and tracking number. If your package can not be located within a reasonable amount of time, we will resend your order.

We currently only ship to US addresses. We hope to be shipping internationally soon, but our efforts have been delayed by the global COVID-19 pandemic.

Postal delays are frustrating for everyone. Please exercise patience and we will help find a solution.

First, check with your neighbors to see if they received your package by mistake.

Since the Covid-19 outbreak, we have had to become more limited on what can be shipped back to us. Intimate items such as undergarments and face coverings can not be returned. Please contact us if you have any problems with one of these items: admin@renegadestitchco.com

For all other items, please e-mail info@renegadestitchco.com to initiate a return or exchange.

Our Customer Service Team is exceptional and they are able to reach a solution in 99.9% of incidences, even when a mistake has been made. Because we intend to continue to employ the best of the best, we do not tolerate any hostility towards our staff.
